Ducati India announces DRE Racetrack Training with certified Trainers

Ducati India will organize the DRE Racetrack Training Programme in the country. The company made the announcement after successful completion of recent DRE Racetrack Certification which was held in Thailand. In there, Mr. Gurvinder Singh and Mr. Anand Dharmaraj were certified as official DRE Racetrack Instructors. They were trained by global DRE Instructors like Dario Marchetti, Technical Director and Instructor Manager for DRE and Alessandro Valia, Official Ducati tester and DRE Instructor who have decades of experience in Track Racing and training.

DRE Racetrack Training programme will be spearheaded by Mr. Gurvinder Singh and Mr. Anand Dharmaraj. Gurvinder Singh riders for Redline Racing and has won JK Tyre Superbike Championship multiple times. Last year, Gurvinder Singh became first Indian rider to win a Championship, while riding for Ducati India team, on a stock Panigale V4.

Anand Dharmaraj is a chief trainer of Indimotard TWO track school which is based in Bangalore. He has thousands of kilometers of Racetrack riding experience under his belt and is also a Ducati certified DRE Riding Academy Instructor from 2018.

The Ducati Racetrack Training programme will help those riders who want to sharpen their track riding skills and participate in Ducati India Race Cup as well as other track racing championships in the country.

Anand Dharmaraj, DRE Certified Racetrack Instructor also said “My relationship with Ducati has been long-standing. After being a certified Riding Instructor in 2018, I recently lead the DRE Off Road Days programme in Bengaluru. This is extremely special and I look forward to hosting the first DRE Racetrack training session in India soon.”

Gurvinder Singh, DRE Certified Racetrack Instructor, said. “Ducati is currently the only premium luxury brand in India that is seriously working to develop racing in India. Last year, I won the JK Tyre Superbike Championship on a Panigale V4 and now that I’ve become a Ducati certified instructor, it’s a dream come true and I can’t wait to start riding with the Ducatisti and further build their skills in India.”
