Benelli Imperiale 400 first ride review motorcyclediaries (13)

Benelli Imperiale 400 is one hell of a classic motorcycle launched to battle Royal Enfiled in India

Classic, modest and retro, Benelli Imperiale 400 is the brand’s first mass-market offering as I would put it. At the price of Rs 1.69lakh (ex-showroom) it fights against the ever-popular Royal Enfields and the ever-fascinating Jawas. The timing is perfect from Mahavir Group though. Royal Enfield 500s are losing their market to its elder siblings, and how many Jawas have you actually seen on the road.

Benelli Imperiale 400 sits beautifully in a void where you demand a classic motorcycle that actually carries some history in its name and well is an overall nice product. Check out the comprehensive Gallery of the Classic Italian cruiser.

See, there are a lot of things to look at, but you are one hell of a person when your eyes are pulled towards beauty on two wheels. Akash is a writer, loves writing fiction but here at motorcycle diaries, its all about the world on two wheels.
