Gemopai Astrid Lite electric scooter launched for Rs 79,999 bookings are now open

Gemopai Electric launches Astrid Lite electric scooter in India for Rs 79,999 ex-showroom. The company has more than 50 dealers in India and Nepal combined. The Astrid e-scooter will be available from the month of October, i.e, in the festive season. Prebookings of the new scooter have already been started and deliveries to start from the first week of October.

Powering the Gemopai Astrid Lite is a 1.7 kWh lithium-ion battery pack which delivers power to the rear hub BLDC motor. The scooter can achieve a range of 75 km to 90 km in a single charge. With a rated power output of 2400 W, the Astrid Lite can touch a top speed of 65 kmph. There are three riding modes in the EV – Sports, City, Economy. I don’t really understand how this basic underpowered electric scooter can be used as a sports machine. That said, the Astrid will be best suited for city commuting.

See, there are a lot of things to look at, but you are one hell of a person when your eyes are pulled towards beauty on two wheels. This guy here is one such animal who loves two wheels more than "Maa ke hath ka Khana." Not yet fully transformed into a seasoned rider but still, there are many things still "under construction." Akash is a writer, loves writing fiction but here at motorcycle diaries, its all about the world on two wheels.
