Bajaj Dominar in Red was first seen in a TV commercial, deliveries to start soon

Bajaj released a TV commercial some time ago where it teased Dominar 400 in Red and Silver color options. The same colors are not yet launched in the country. At present only two colors are on sale in India – Green, and Black. 2019 Bajaj Dominar 400 looks cool in Metallic color but the choice of color is personal preference we cannot say the same for every bike buyer.

There might be some Dominar fans who don’t like both Green and Black color and are eagerly waiting for the Red or Silver color to launch in India. However, during the ride of newly launched KTM RC125, a couple of Red color Dominar 400 was spotted on the test track. From this, we can certainly say that Bajaj might launch the new colors in the upcoming months.

Speculations say that Bajaj is planning to launch new color options on new Dominar during the festive season. This will help the company to sell more of its flagship motorcycle during the festivals. Expect the price of new colors to remain similar to that of Green and Black colored bikes. Currently, the Black and Green Dominar 400 is priced at Rs 1.74 lakh ex-showroom.

Powering the Dominar 400 is a single-cylinder, 373cc liquid-cooled engine with a 4-valve DOHC head. This powerplant pumps out 39.5bhp at 8650rpm and same old 35Nm of twisting force at 7000rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox, 3 of which will take you to 100 kmph in just 7.2 seconds. The top speed of new Dominar is rated at 160 kmph.

As of now, Bajaj is gearing up to launch their smallest capacity Pulsar ever, Pulsar 125. We expect the same to be priced very competitively at Rs 64,000 ex-showroom.
