Hero Electric kicks off a nation-wide awareness campaign to go electric and reduce air pollution on World Environment Day
India’s largest electric scooter brand, Hero Electric kick-started an environment awareness campaign to go electric. This campaign is very much inspired by the UN (United Nations) mask challenge some time back. The nationwide campaign aims to protect our environment by reducing air-pollution and by leading awareness about the same. Hero Electric stepped forward and encouraged people to plant trees, clean roads as well as using the eco-friendly mode of transportation.
Managing Director of Hero Electric India, Naveen Munjal, took the pledge to #SwitchToElectric and joined the United Nations’s movement to beat air pollution. He was joined by the employees of the company. He also stated that electric mobility is one of the most effective and efficient ways of reducing the carbon footprint in the environment.
This Hero Electric Green campaign is spreading awareness for the use of face buffs while riding petrol powered two-wheelers. There was active participation by the employees, dealers, Hero Electric partners as well as customers.

This Environment Day, we urge everyone to take conscious and definite steps towards a better tomorrow, today.”
