Triumph Street Scrambler Motorcycle on 24th August
The Triumph Street Scrambler Motorcycle relies on the Street Twinbut does get off-road specific equipment which makes it a much better bike for light-off-roading. Some of the features and gear are dual-purpose Metzeler Tourance tires, back shock absorbers that are more handlebars, a revised staircase, and much better brakes too. The Street Scrambler gets adventure fashion rider foot pegs a bigger front wheel, and interchangeable pillion seat with removable pillion foot pegs an aluminum rack and a motor base plate. The seat is narrower and lower which will aid in managing and riding on trails.
The Street Scrambler shares the 900 cc parallel-twin engine that is same but it’s been tuned for better throttle response and more energy. The unit makes 54 bhp of power and 80 Nm of peak torque and can be available at 2,850 rpm on the Street Scrambler. There’s a torque assist clutch and it includes a charging socket.
There are other changes in the Street Scrambler’s ergonomics and equipment giving it better capacity. So, there’s a bigger front wheel, more suspension travel, and switchable ABS for use. (The Street Twin has ABS, but cannot be switched off). And just the Triumph Street Scrambler gets, ride-by-wire and switchable traction control also. The wheels come shod with purpose Metzeler Tourance tires for street use and occasional use. The Street Scrambler may consume.
The Triumph contemporary classic range has the largest selling Triumph versions in India, and also the Triumph Street Scrambler very aptly extends that array with an entry Triumph providing decent off-road ability as well. It is priced competitively and will take in India on the Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled.
