This time Ducati is ready to launch its supermid model with more powerful engine, even more versatile. Its elder sibling Panigale 1299 is already ruling on race tracks but the revision includes larger engine with some changes to meet Euro 4 noise emission standards along with the changes to its chassis.
Ducati creates a product for the desiring motorcyclists within the exclusive world of high performance Ducati racing. New Ducati Panigale 959 comes in two versions the European and the U.S version. Both are equipped with dual exhaust canister setup. Its engine is designed for a amusing everyday riding experience.
Ducati says “Its new 955cm3 twin cylinder power unit, the first superquardo engine who have obtained Euro4 type approval”.
The Panigale sports has a breathtaking design with fully adjustable suspension which gives effortless handling and proven to be a weapon for roads and tracks.
Panigale 959 delivers 157hp at 10,500 rpm due to its larger displacement and increased piston stroke, from 57.2 to 60.8mm. It comes with a set of grippy, Pirelli Diable Rosso Corsa tires whose front brake are radially mounted Mohobloc M4-32 Breambo Callipers, with 2, 320mm disc.( The black brake comes with 245mm disc). This is actually capable enough for emergencies.
2016, Panigale 959 tail area is divided into two sections, plus reshaped foot-pegs and machine billet aluminium foot pegs which is alike to its bigger brother- Panigale 1299.
