Okinawa Praise pro sits between the basic Praise and top-end iPraise electric scooters

Indian electric two-wheeler manufacturer Okinawa has launched yet another electric scooter in the Indian market. The Okinawa Praise Pro carries a price tag of Rs 71,990 ex-showroom pan India. With this, the company now has three variants of Praise brand of electric scooters in their lineup.

The battery pack of Praise Pro is a removable unit with a capacity of 2 kWh. The scooter is propelled by a BLDC motor of 1kW rated power output. In addition to that, the motor can generate a peak power of 2.5kW which can help for those quick overtakes. There are three riding modes in this scooter, Economy, Sport, and Turbo mode.

Speaking about the ride modes, the economy mode will restrict the scooter at 35 kmph and will help in returning 110 km of range on a single charge. The sport mode, on the other hand, has a top speed of 55 kmph with an ARAI certified range of 88 km. The last mode, turbo, will help you attain the top speed of Praise Pro at 70 kmph.

Consider the charge time of the battery pack of about 3 hours under ideal conditions which are not known to common janta. Okinawa gives a complimentary charger with the Praise Pro which is compatible with the home charging points.

A front fork at the front and twin shock at the rear does the job of absorbing bumps. The electric scooter rides on 90/90-12 tyres on both ends. It also comes with convenient features like find my scooter function, USB charging and walk assist. In the walk assist mode, the scooter moves at 5 kmph speed.
