Hard Facts:
The circuit has no mercy for anyone regardless of the fact, whether the rider is a new comer or a champion. Ian Bell died in the second sidecar race in a crash at Ballaspur this year, while Andrew Soar lost his life following an accident on the last lap of the last race of the fortnight at Keppel Gate on the Mountain section of the 37.75-mile course. Both of these riders were very experienced, and it really showed that the TT Mountain course has no mercy when things go wrong. Years of practice and consistent runs in the circuit are a must for every participant but uncertainty and risks are inevitable.
