Kawasaki Sports Bikes In India recently launched two off-road motorcycles KX450F & KLX450R

Kawasaki Sports Bikes In India: Kawasaki India has introduced two new motorcycles after the launch of the KLX110. The Japanese manufacturer has established KLX450R and the Kawasaki KX450F to expand its off-road motorcycle portfolio in India. The KX450F is priced at Rs 7.97 lakh along with the KLX450R will put you back by 8.49 lakh. In India through the CBU route, Kawasaki India has attracted the KX450F as well as the KLX450R like the KLX110.

The Kawasaki KX450F is powered by a 450cc, fuel injected. Kawasaki says that the KX450F is the motorcycle in its section and by reducing the burden of the motor and chassis, it has managed to do accomplish this. The weight of this motorcycle is 108kg.
The bicycle has a 49mm Showa different function forks upfront and Uni-Track monoshock at the rear. Braking duties are handled by a petal disc at the front and 240mm petal disc at the back. The Kawasaki KX450F gets launch control.

The Kawasaki KLX450R is also powered by a liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, cylinder engine that was carbureted. It gets a five-speed gearbox. The KLX450R receives an AOS type 48mm adjustable front fork and monoshock at the back. The petal disc upfront measures 250mm while in the rear is a unit that is 240mm. The kerb weight stands in 126kg, which can be heavier than the KX450F.

 

Speaking about the introduction of the motorcycles, Yutaka Yamashita director, Kawasaki India said – The culture and passion for off-road motorcycle need be developed in India. At this time it is a niche market and we are delighted to bring in this section by introducing KX450F, which has been awarded as world’s best motocrosser in 2016.”

The Kawasaki KX450F and KLX450R aren’t street legal and they can’t be registered.
